Terms of use

Rules for using the Dożynki.pl website

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for using the Dożynki.pl website (the “Service”), whose purpose is to document and promote Polish harvest traditions (dożynki) and rural culture.
  2. Use of the Service is free of charge and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  3. Using the Service requires a device with internet access and a current browser with the cookies necessary for its operation enabled.

§ 2. Submitting events

  1. Any user may submit an event related to the Service’s subject matter using the form available at /wydarzenia/zglos, without creating an account.
  2. The person submitting declares that the information provided is true and that they are entitled to share and publish it on the Service.
  3. A submission does not amount to publication. Every event goes through moderation and is published only after approval.
  4. It is prohibited to submit content that is unlawful, infringes the personal rights or copyright of third parties, is misleading, is advertising, or is unrelated to the subject matter of the Service.

§ 3. Moderation and user content

  1. The Service administrator reserves the right to refuse publication of, edit, or remove a submitted event, in particular where it breaches § 2(4).
  2. By submitting an event, the user grants the administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and present the submitted content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting it.
  3. Responsibility for the content and lawfulness of the submitted information rests with the person submitting it.

§ 4. Liability

  1. The administrator makes every effort to keep the Service working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
  2. The administrator is not responsible for the cancellation, change, or course of events presented on the Service. The information is for guidance only and comes from user submissions and publicly available data.

§ 5. Personal data and cookies

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in our Privacy policy. You can change your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the “Cookie settings” option in the Service footer.

§ 6. Complaints and contact

Comments, complaints, and reports of content that breaches these terms or the law may be sent to contact@nod.consulting. We handle them without undue delay.

§ 7. Changes to the terms

The administrator may change these terms for important reasons (e.g. a change in the scope of the Service’s features or in the law). The current version of the terms is always available on this page.
